I think I'd have a substantial lunch/snack on the airplane, rush to the Getty while traffic is light and enjoy the Getty for a couple of hours, off to an early dinner in nearby Brentwood or Malibu around 5pm (8pm your time), then a lovely sunset drive up route 1 around 7pm. Hopefully you'd be in SB around 9pm but ready for bed, not dinner.
