Luau in the Kona Area

1. We want to go to at least one luau while here in Feb. What one is best?

2. Where is the most beautiful place for a lunch or dinner?

3. Where is the best sea food?

I think we have always gone to the King Kamahamaha (sp?) for their sunset luau. It is a lovely setting and the food is ok.

Sam Choy's Kai Lanai restaurant just south of Kailua Kona has a really nice lanai with an expansive view of the Kona coast. We have had dinner there a few times and have always enjoyed the food. http://www.samchoy.com/

the entertainment at the Royal Kona and the King Kamehameha is about the same, but I think the food is a much better at the King Kam.
