We went to Old Lahaina Luau and it was wonderful. I would go again.

another vote for the Old Lahaina Luau. they do an excellent job and the setting is gorgeous.

We've been there 3 times. Each time with different friends and it's always a treat. Although I personally liked it better when the canoe came out of the water. But the new surroundings make up for it. Have a great time.

If this is your first time, then Old Lahaina Luau is the one! Regarded as the most authentic of all the commercial luaus in Hawai'i. The food is not spectacular. For extremely good food served (not buffet) go to the Feast at Lele - also in Lahaina. I enjoyed both. for my trip report (including Feast at Lele) from February go to http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34957638

Most people like fire knife dancers in the luaus.

Drums of the Pacific at the Hyatt has the best fire knife dancer on Maqui.

Old Lahaina Luau does not have a fire knife dancer.
