LP Michigan vacation
 

Hi,
I need help with an itinerary for LP MI vacation. We are a group of 4 peopel (two fathers with teenege kids). We will be traveling from MN via a ferry and would like to spend 5-6 days in LP MI and then spend 2 days in Chiocago. We would like to stay on a beach and make day trips along Nortehrn LP shore up to Macinak. Any suggestions for lodging as well as day trips will be gretaly appreciated.

Where is the Ferry docking in MI? There are plenty of places to stay along the beach but we can make better recommendations if we have alocation that you will be near.

What ferry - Muskegon or Ludington?

If they're coming from Minnesota, are they crossing Lake Superior? Is there a ferry connecting MI and MN?

I assume they are coming across WS from MN to get the ferry.

How old are the teens, and what type of activities is your group looking for?

Yes, but it is nowhere near the lower penninsula. It runs between Grand Portage, Minnesota and Isle Royale National Park.
