But surely you'll agree that not all Italian chocolate is made alike; Baci, for example, are waxy. There's a picture of one next to the word "waxy" in the dictionary. I'm sticking by Ghirardelli, although come to that, BT McElrath is my new absolute favorite chocolate. Ah, chocolate--what a lovely thing to argue about! ;-)
