Looking for winter fun in New England
 

I live in the Caribbean and will be spending 5 days with my daughter in New England. Would like to go a ski resort, just to take a look and have fun for one or two days. Any recommendations?

Just curious ,what island are you traveling from? Woodstock Vermont is lovely-it is a town not far from Killington a major ski area,it is very charming,has shops and little restaurants.it even has a covered bridge. it is

Susana, <BR> <BR>Stowe, Vermont is great. I'd recommend going there. Great small town and awesome skiing. Plus, lots of other things to do like skating, snowshoeing, shopping!

Waterville Valley is a fun place too. There's a cute town square with sleigh rides, ice skating and places to eat. It's about 2 hours from Boston.
