Looking for some fish and chips!
Going to Seattle next weekend. We are staying Downtown and I would LOVE some advice on where to find fish and chips.
Thanks! |
Tree....
There are lots of restaurants down by the harbor and I am pretty sure they have fish and chips...but you should try some halibut or other fresh fish that is so available in Seattle. Broiled, grilled...it is so good. Even if you haven't like fish this way before..try it in Seattle...fresh makes is so good. Hope this helps... Debi |
Thanks Debi, I plan on eating a lot, so I will try all fish!

We ate at Elliott's Oyster House {which is where the tour boats come in -- Pier 56, northern end of harbor} and we ate some where right near the aquarium that was excellent. I also found this place [Emmett Watsons on Pike Pl near the mkt] listed right here on fodors as having really good fish and chips.
Hopefully Suze will see this and give you some suggestions from a native. Hope this helps... Debi |
Sorry....Elliotts is centrally located {we had great lunch there and DH loved the oyster sampler there}. The restaurant on the northern part of harbor is Anthony Pier 66. There are 2 restaurants in one there...one is fancier and other is casual. We ate more casual one like a diner.
