Looking for Santa Fe hotel that offers spa services

A friend and I are meeting for a weekend in Santa Fe in November. We are looking for a hotel within walking distance of the Plaza and it has to offer spa services, such as massage. Any suggestions?

La Posada de Santa Fe has a wonderful spa with all kinds of services including many types of massages. They also have a good restaurant Fuego and a pool and hot tub. It is walking distance to the Plaza, about 2 blocks. I stayed there in June. If you do go, you MUST book your spa services b/4 you go. If you wait, I guarantee you won't be able to get some of the things you want b/c the spa will be booked. They have a web site - I think it is www.laposadadesantafe.com Check it out. The spa services were some of the best treatments I've ever had and then I got to enjoy the town and its wonderful sights, shopping and restaurants (Geronimo, Santacafe, Coyote Cafe)in the evening. If you choose this hotel, post and I'll be happy, along w/others here on the forum, to provide more details.

If you want to literally STAY at a spa, check out Ten Thousand Waves. It's a great spa, and offers many services. The rooms are a bit, well, Zen, i e, spartan. It's a few miles out of town, though.
I really like Inn of the Anasazi which is just off the Plaza. They provide in-room massages, and I think they also have a deal with a local health club. It's a great hotel.

It's also easy to stay at a hotel in town and utilize the servives at Ten Thousand Waves. Kind of the best of both worlds.

http://www.tenthousandwaves.com

Every time we go to Santa Fe, my wife and I plan on time at The Waves. It's world famous.

Heard wonderful things about Ten Thousand Waves spa. Also, the Inn of the Anasazi is tops. However, what I loved about La Posada was that they (1) offer more services than just massages, i.e. body wraps, manicures, pedicures, herbal mud treatments, etc. that I don't believe you can get at the Inn (although I could be wrong). The best part was we had a poolside room and we just walked over to the spa in our robes and slippers, as did others, and it was so nice and relaxing. At Ten Thousand, I don't think you can walk to town & the Plaza like you can from La Posada.
