Bistro Ole' in Asbury Park is my new "favorite". Also, try Brandls in Belmar (BYOB) or Sand Bar in Brielle.

Hi SusieQ! That is so funny you said Bistro Ole! We went there 2 weeks ago and could not believe how AMAZING the food was!!! I also like Moonstruck. I've never been to Brandls. Thanks so much!!

We've enjoyed La Petit France in Red Bank. It's also a BYOB. ((b))

Not sure if it's still there, but Hofbrauhaus in Atlantic Highlands used to be a favorite.

For seafood, we like the Crab's Claw on Route 35 in Lavalette. Their Buffalo Shrimp appetizer is good and they do a nice job with most of their entrees.

For a high-end meal, we really liked Restaurant Nicholas in Red Bank. Excellant food, a nice room and a very good wine list. Reservations are essential as it usually gets very high marks in the NJ edition of Zagats.
