Looking For Deals in Poipu
 

Has anyone had success with getting some good prices at Kiahuna Plantation, Gloria's, or Whaler's Cove? Planning a trip to Poipu area in May. Other suggestions on condos would be welcome.

For Whalers Cove we went through Suite Paradise to get a better deal. A previous poster said he got a good deal by calling the front desk directly and negotiating with them. Since he didn't post his good deal I can't say he did better than Suite Paradise. We loved staying at Whalers Cove and specifically asked for building 1 so that we could have unobstructed views of the ocean. Building 2 has their view is slightly obstructed by building 1 so they have no real view off to the right (looking out to the ocean) but they can see directl to the pool.

No kidding Kal. All those cottages along that road had her name all over them including the ones being built! They sure looked nice though. Perhaps they will rename the road for her.

We get very good prices for the Kiahuna going through the Classic Custom Vacations program - includes airfare, hotel and car with free trip insurace. It's a great place to stay on the south side of the island - comfortable, clean, nice beach location, etc.
