Looking for catering company: roasted pig

I’m planning on throwing a party and looking for a catering company or restaurant that cooks whole roasted pig. I would prefer if they deliver, but willing to pick it up. Could anyone recommend a place? Any recommendations would be most appreciated.

I forgot to mentioned that I need a catering company in Oahu.

hi jiggylou, my dad's brother raises pigs in waianae (follow the smell) and they sell to people that have imus or whatever. if you know someone that has an imu or oven (outdoor), they'll prep the pig, hawaiian salt, whatever you want to put inside, tileaves, down to the chicken wire.

whomever you decide to go with, you might want to ask for a sample to make sure it's not dry.

good luck

Hi Everyone, Thanks for all the replies. Kauai_aka, I would appreciate the telephone number of your uncle's farm, just in case I decide to roast the pig myself. Thank you again.

You did not specify the method of roasting that you prefer.

Some of the responses to you refer to Hawaiian kalua pig. Kalua pig is not roast pig, it is oven-steamed pig. There is a difference.

If you are looking for a Chinese roast, try Chun's Meat Market. They do the roasting for the Sheraton Waikiki and the Royal Hawaiian Hote.
