We used to live next door to Binner's Bed and Breakfast at 58 Linden Ave. in Victoria, and know the owners well. They will spoil you - it is their motto and they mean it, plus they are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The house is beautiful and romantic, and half a block from the ocean.
Their e-mail address is [email protected] I think they have a website with lots of pictures - so e-mail them and ask for the site address - sorry I can't remember it. |
Laura: A couple of years ago, my husband and I stayed at Holland House Inn, located on Michigan Street in Victoria, B.C. We really liked it. It had about a dozen rooms or less and you can have breakfast in your room or downstairs w/others (everyone was delightful and we had a couple of honeymooners). It's two blocks from the Inner Harbour which makes it very close to the Parliament House, museum, and every where else. We walked all over the town. It's also a few blocks from Beacon Hill Park which is really nice and then if you go on around the park, you come to some beautiful homes and a lovely marina (the marina has a good restaurant and resident seals that look up at you w/big brown eyes!). We had a balcony access to the street; so, one morning, we got up at sunrise before anyone was stirring and took a brisk walk around the harbour and wherever and came back to enjoy a great breakfast. We'd go back to the inn and Victoria in a heartbeat for a fun weekend. Enjoy your stay!

My boyfriend and I were in Victoria in November and happended to pass by a wonderful looking B&B located right on the ocean. It is called "The Dashwwod" and it looked very old and quaint. We didn't actually get a chance to go inside but vowed we would stay there if we ever went back!
