looking for a short trip suggestion from london
 

My husband and I would like to go somewhere at the end of March for our anniversary (we are new to London). Ideally for 3-5 days, and we love train travel but would certainly fly. What would you recommend as a city that we can see in that amount of time? We have been through our top picks in France and Spain and so far have done a weekend in Brussels. We love art, good food, and plenty of walking/exploring at our leisure.

I would try posting in the Europe forum but my vote would be Venice, Rome,and Edinburgh.

One of the best roadtrips we ever took was a drive west from London along the coast and around the various little scenic coastal towns. We stayed at cozy B&Bs and ate in small-town pubs.
Tintagel - Arthurs fabled castle built out on a towering island was absolutely fantastic!
