Looking for a nice B & B on Key West

Any suggestions for a great B & B on Key West? I am looking for something rather small, historical and aesthetically pleasing. The catch is that we are traveling with our daughter who is twelve and most do not welcome (even well behaved) children. I have been looking on line quite a bit and my favorite was the Popular House until I called and found out that they do not allow children. Anyway, that may give more of an idea of what I am looking for.

Thank you!!

I don't know which places do and do not accept children, but look into the Key West Harbor Inn

...which is in a really good location.

Or the Cypress House on a very pretty section of Simonton Street...

We loved The Marquesa - really beautiful, good location, nice pool. I think they allow older children; you'd have to check with them for the age cutoff.

Angelina's Guest House was nice. Less expensive with ok comfortable rooms. Very near Hemingway House & Truman Museum. Nice backyard pool.

FWIW, a lot of B&B's in Key West cater to gays, in case you didn't know. No matter to me, might to you.

http://currymansion.com was very nice, but it has been years since I was there. Still looks good on website, great breakfasts as I remember; free happy hour too.
