Looking for a good Midwest Spa in a 300 mile radius of Cedar Rapids, Ia for a honeymoon get-away.

Is the American Club at Kohler too far away? What about Eagle Ridge resort and spa in Galena?

The ELms in Excelsior Springs, MO is about 320 miles from Cedar Rapids.

Being single, I have never stayed there. Several of the people I work with, go regularly and say very positive things about it.

Look at the Heartland Spa - Indian Oaks is another idea. I'd go first for the American Club, tho since they also have golf, tennis, etc. I think 'spa' is a bit of a stretch for Eagle Ridge.

How far is Lake Ozark Mo. from CR? They have a real good spa at the Lodge of the Four Seasons.

Not sure of the distance...but Birdwing Spa looks like a great place to go. Its on my list:)
