We really enjoyed Roux (lots of boutique wines on the winelist)as well as Le Toque. Both are more suitable as "special occasion" places than Mustards or Tra Vigne (which is VERY loud).

Definitely consider Domaine Chandon. Great place for a special occasion dinner with excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere and service. Bouchons and Martini House are quite nice, and their food is great, but physically they are not quite as intimate or attractive as Domaine Chandon. Bistro Jeanty, Tra Vigne and Mustards all have very good food, but are very casual type places and fairly noisy. View at Auberge du Soleil from the deck is great, but the food is IMHO mediocre at best. Really disappointing. Good luck.
