Looking for a great hookah bar in NYC??

I am looking around to see if I can find a good, inexpensive hookah bar in NYC. Someone mentioned LeSouk http://www.lesoukny.com/ to me...which is in Avenue B between 3rd and 4th, but I have read this is has more of a club vibe. We are looking for a lounge/chill vibe.

Did anyone see Kelly Pickler on Jay Leno last night? Trying to talk Chinese in Chinatown, Italian in Little Italy and New York all over!

I've never been, but I do know the LOTS of high school kids go to Hookah bars in the E. Village (maybe not during the school week, but during off times). I'm not sure which ones, but my gues sis you'd prefer somehting more geared towards legal aged adults.
