Im wondering if someone out there can help me. I am leaving Friday to go to Long Beach, and to leave on a cruise. My question is does anyone know how much a taxi ride is from a Long Beach hotel to Annaheim Ca, so that I can visit Disney. I contacted my hotel and they have a tour for $98 a person, and that is only for 9 hours, I feel that perhaps by taking a cab and going on my own that would be a better value. Please help me thanks.

My sister lives in Long Beach and goes to Disney all the time, it's not far. I'm not sure of prices. They do have a couple of shuttle services or the metro/train, but I'm not sure of stops.

Looks like a day pass costs $53.

Someone once reported it was about a $40 taxi ride each way, plus the cost of Disneyland entrance.

I'd say, grab the $98 tour. It's cost-effective, and nine hours at Disneyland will be sufficient, including a spin through Downtown Disney.

thanks for all your input, just got back a couple of weeks ago, and we ended up renting a car was more cost friendly and so easy to get to disney
