We used them last April. When we got to the airport we could not find them at 1st as they did not have anything to identify themselves (a sign or a name badge of some kind would have been helpful.) We sat and waited about 10 minutes and they found us. Said they had been waiting for us, but I don't know how one is suppose to find them.He got really bent out of shape when we asked him for some sort of I.D. before he took the car. They took the car and I believe parked it at the Wonderland dog track. The car was fine when returned to us, although we left our best car at home.
We had a red-eye flight back from LA which got into Boston on-time at 6 am. The good news was he was there waiting for us on time. The bad news was our plane could not taxi to the gate for about 1/2 hr. or more.During this time he was calling us on our cell phone asking us where we were.It was probably about 7 am when we finally got our bags and got out to our car where he was waiting. He wasn't happy to say the least, and said he should be charging us extra for the delay, which was beyond our control. He didn't end up charging us, but I wouldn't use them again. I didn't care for his attitude at all. Good luck!

thanks, jd.

those are some of the things I was concerned about; "how do I know it's them" and "what if my plane is late?".

I just booked a reservation for the 29th with the valet service this evening. The guy who took the reservation was very polite and pretty informative. I will reply with message when i return from my trip. Thanks for the info.

I don't know what time your flight is, When we have an early flight we like to be near the airport, we live within an hour of Logan and have used sleepflypark.com twice with great success.

The price is equivalent to staying in a hotel (with a shuttle to the airport) or the offsite parking garages. In August we paid $149 to stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Revere for a double/double room and parking for up to 10 days

Another idea for you to explore.

Jeez - I do generally check the dates on posts :-[

Hope this info is of use to other posters. :-)

i had a horrible experience with them.

i was late for a flight and called to ask if they had last minute service (they advertise 24 hour notice). they said their weekly rate was $99 and they would do it for $149.

this was a very important trip so i agreed. i was then disconnected. i called back saying i had spoken to someone and was given a rate of $149. the man on the phone said i hung up on them and he would not take my car! he then slammed down the phone.

this whole incident made no sense. he could have said they didn't provide last minute service. i wouldnt have hung up on anyone after agreeing to the price. and i was never at any point impolite as my delay was no one's issue but my own.

i could have made my flights and they could have taken a 50% increase in their rate.

the person i dealt with was incredibly rude. i would not ever recommend doing business with them
