Logan Airport Luggage
 
Does anyone know if there is a place to leave your luggage for a few hours at Logan airport in Boston. I arrive in the morning and am leaving in the evening and want to go into the city. Thanks

There are no luggage storage facilities at Logan. Best bet is to phone your airline and see how early you could check bags for your flight.

The days of airport luggage storage ended after 9/11--which involved planes from Logan.

At some airports it has been advised to just not claim your luggage and pick up later. Do not do this at Logan. Unclaimed bags seem to just sit around next to the luggage carousels, unattended, and I have never had anyone check my luggage tags - anyone could walk off with anyones luggage.

There is a Hilton within walking distance (indoor passageways) of all the major terminals. You can check bags with the bellman there.
