Loews Coronado rooms
I've read all the reviews on TripAdvisor but I'm still confused as to which building we should request for our upcoming stay. Any advice on which building might have the best views?

I've stayed there several times. I have no idea what the building numbers are. Here would be my suggestions, I would not want a room that faced the pool - for one they are noisy and for another some of those don't have the Japanese soaking tubs which are SO NICE. Make sure you get a room with that kind of tub. Also, the lobby is in the central building and the rest of the buildings stretch further and further out, so a lot of walking is involved if you get one of the further out buildings, but that didn't bother me. I preferred being on the 2nd or 3rd floor facing the bay. Even had a view of the Coronado bay bridge once. I love this property - hope you enjoy.

Thanks Kath! I think the buildings are numbered so that number one is the closest to the main lobby and then they fan out so number five is over by the yacht harbor.
I think your advice is good about not getting a pool view, I find rooms overlooking the pool are noisy.
Also I would like the big soaking tub. I've read reviews about rooms overlooking parking lots and trash dumpsters so I'm trying to avoid that.
Thanks again.
