It's your use of the word "in". The Embarcadero, Wharf, and Union Square are not "in" CENTRAL San Francisco. Twin Peaks would be in central SF.

I guess it's my computer programming background - a little more accuracy is needed. Zero hotels in Union Square. Dozens of them around Union Square.
