Lobster Boat Trip in Maine?

I will be visiting Maine in late June with my family - Camden-Portland areas mostly. I was trying to gather some info in advance on the 'don't miss' attractions.

Can anyone share information about a boat cruise with a lobster fisherman? I have heard this is available in many places - and sometimes kids can help out (which would be perfect...) Where's the best place to go for this kind of trip? How costly? Thanks very much for your help.

We are going to do this this summer too. We haven't gone yet but have reservations with the Lucky Catch - luckycatch.com. - out of Portland. 90 minute cruises - $64 for family of four - no head on the boat (hopefully this won't be a problem). Kids can definately help if they want.

I know there's a boat out of Ogunquit that leaves from Perkins Cove. I don't have any information about Camden but I'm sure they have similar trips.

Can't help on the specific lobster angle, but Camden is a great place for harbor cruises and charters. Many of these offer some combo of scenic, natural and history and would be great w/ kids. Don't have any specific recs but there's a wide variety to choose from. Also lots of seakayaking nearby in Camden or Rockport
