Lion King- much like Florida?

Ok, two trips to the US next year, New York in Feb and Florida in June. Lion King on Broadway sounds like the show to see but was wondering if the Disney show in Florida might be very similiar and whether to sample something different. What you guys think?

If you are referring to the Disney show at the Animal Kingdom Park, no they are COMPLETELY different. I've seen both the Broadway show and the one at the theme park. Yes, they are based on the same story, but the Disney theme park show is more of a musical revue. Good in its own right, but similar to other "shows" on the Disney grounds.

ukmatt, The disney show is only about 20 minutes long. Although it is amazing I do not think it would compare to the Broadway show.

I just got back from NY and saw the Lion King. It was amazing! The talent is incredible. It was my first broadway show. I recommend it.
