Lincoln Center Dining and Brooklyn

I am heading up to NY next week for a girls trip.
2 Questions . . .
1. We are seeing South Pacific at Lincoln Center on Sat. and need a restaurant for an early dinner. We'd really like Sushi, Thai, Asian Fusion. But we love all foods so let me if you have a good rec.
2. We will be in Brooklyn for the afternoon on Sat and originally we were going to do a walking tour - but its toooo cold!!! We need a plan B. Any recs for something fun to do?? I guess if all else fails we can take the train in over the bridge and find something to do in SOHO.
THANKS.

Oops - I mean we will be in Brooklyn Friday afternoon, not Sat.

We had lunch at Rosa Mexicana last month before seeing Nutcracker Suite at Lincoln Center. It was excellent and so convenient.

Tableside made guacamole was fun and really good.

aside from the other good suggestions, for Lincoln center - I like Gabriel's Blue Ribbon Sushi, Compass, Bar Boulud, Gari, and Sushi A Go Go.

For Brooklyn, you might check out the indoor hipster flea market, the Brooklyn Flea. Maybe combine it with a chilly walk across the bridge, a stop at Jacues Torres chocolate for some wonderful hot chocolate and then onto gawk at the scensters:

I love Shun Lee. So easy to just walk over to Lincoln Center afterwards.
