Limousine from the airport (JFK)

We are a group of seven and need transportation from the airport to the hotel. Where can we find information or make reservations?

I asked our hotel to arrange limo service for us; bonus was that they just added it to our bill, sans tip, of course.

Your options are two taxis are a car service, and it would need to be a more expensive limo or mini-van. Two taxis very well may be the best option in terms of cost & convenience.

If money is no object, by all means call a limo service such as Carmel, Tel Aviv, Elite, etc. Be sure to say 7 people -- most "limo" services in New York are actually just regular sedans that seat 4 or 5 max.

If you decide on a taxi, two will be required. The rate, JFK to hotel, is fixed - $35 each taxi. With tip and toll two taxis will cost close to $90. A minivan from Tel Aviv car service would cost $85 plus a tip and toll. Two taxis will be slightly less expensive.
