"Lifestyle" Resorts
 

Has anyone been to these? What are the best ones? Where the fun and liberating or a little creepy and odd? Just curious.

What are "lifestyle" resorts?

Lifestyle = swingers lifestyle, it's often just referred to as "the lifestyle". I think there are a number of resorts in Mexico and the Carribean, but I am guessing they cater mostly to Americans, so I posted in the USA section.

How do you define "the best"?

There is a http://www.calienteresorts.com/, located in Tampa. My wife and I went there just to "check it out". We did not get involved in the "lifestyle" but did enjoy ourselves. It wasn't creepy at all. It was a beautiful resort with many beautiful guests. We just like to get naked whenever we can, so that was our main reason for going there for a weekend. We went to Negril, Jamaica Hedonism 2 and that was also interesting, but we enjoyed the beach much more. As long as you don't do it in front of any hotel nobody will say anything. We like to get nude but are not into the "lifestyle".

From what I've been reading, there are also adult only, lifestyle cruises offered by main cruise lines and they sell out very quickly. Royal Caribbean ad Carnival are the 2 that we've heard about.

I am getting the impression that "the lifestyle" could very well mean different things to different people. So, is it swinging or is it being nude?

More importantly, is there a Facebook page??????????????????????

"Lifestyle" is definitely swinging, as we saw at the Tampa resort.

We're not into it, but because we like to get nude we chose that resort because we wanted a higher class resort, not just a nudist camp.
