First of all-our Floridian friends have been in my prayers and hope all your days are sunny for the rest of the season.
As for your hotel switch-GREAT! We stayed at the Royal Plaza a few years back and were not at all happy. Have stayed at Disney resorts ever since and what a difference! You'll most likely really enjoy the Coronado. Best of luck on your trip.
