Yes, it is a very good hotel. It's in a good location and the rooms are nice but small (like just about all of the hotel rooms in NY.) They do a great breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby (it's very expensive but worth it.) Have fun.

This hotel was recommended to us by several friends who travel to New York alot. It was great! Concierge was very friendly and helpful with reservations and even sent up milk and cookies for the kids at bedtime. If you are traveling with kids, be sure to walk to Mars 2ll2 for dinner. Our children are still talking about it l and l/2 years later.

Le Parker Meridian in NYC is great. They just recently went through a huge renovation. The lobby restaurant is called Norma's and is only open until 3pm each day. The food is well worth the price especially the lobster mac & cheese, the duck hash. Every single dish is excellent. The hotel also has a great dinner restaurant located in it, Seppi's. What is unusual about Norma's (a hotel restaurant) is that it is usually full on New Yorkers and not only tourists.

As I already mentioned it, I don't know if my vote counts, but it is a really nice hotel. It is a very "city" hotel -rooms are small, but everything is done really perfectly.
