LAX to Oceanside
 

Is there any public transportation from LAX to Oceanside CA? Uber a possibility, but how much would it be? Thanks

A quick spin on mta.net gives one possibility: From LAX, get to Union Station in downtown LA, then take Metrolink down to Oceanside. You're talking a few hours at least; Oceanside is MUCH closer to San Diego than to LA.

I don't have personal experience, but a friend of mine regularly uses Tesloop to travel to Oceanside and areas of San Diego and Palm Springs from LA. She hates to drive, and loves this as an alternative to taking a bus or train.
