LAX Day Room

Hi, I'll be arriving at LAX at 0600 and departing for Europe at 1900 on the same day. I'm looking for a day room at an airport hotel where I can get 4-6 hours of sleep. Any suggestions on how to book a day room? I've done this before (pre-pandemic) and I could book direct with the hotel, but I'm having a difficult time doing so this time.

I've seen websites that sell day rooms--has anyone used one of these to book a room? Any issues?

Thank you

I guess you're referring to sites like this?

It's been awhile since I needed a dayroom, but I always booked directly with the hotel. You said you're having trouble booking directly with the hotel this time...what does that mean exactly? Are they not taking the booking? Perhaps ask the hotel if they've outsourced that service to other providers and ask them which providers they use?

Good luck.

I know one of the Hiltons and the Embassy Suites have day rooms but my guess is most LAX area hotels do offer day rooms. IME most day use rooms are available from around 10AM til 5-ish.

Are you trying to book through the website of a hotel, chain or third party?

Use one of the third party websites to compare rates, locations, etc., but CALL the hotel directly to make the reservation.

hotelsbyday shows the H Hotel by the airport for $89 . The airport area is generally pretty noisy all day but maybe they set aside quiet rooms in the back.
