Hi Fred!

Sorry to report that on returning from last Italy trip, it took me 1 1/2 hours. Evening arrival. There were 4 747's arriving at the same time, plus 2 other flights. They only had TWO customs agents working, no line control, no instructions to people who don't speak English. People were pushing & arguing & yelling at the agents. It was awful....I wanted to turn around & go straight back to Venice.

Good luck!!

I had no problems at LAX in Feb. coming back from Australia. There is a line, but we whipped right through.

Much depends on what time you arrive and how many other planes have arrived and from where. Mexicana usually slows down the process significantly! It's really the luck of the draw.

it totally depends on what else is landing around the same time as your flight. I have had both my fastest ever and very longest customs lines at LAX. So don't count on anything.
