No question - VEGAS!!! You will be amazed at all the changes if you haven't been there in a year or two...have a great time! VEGAS is what you're looking for...

Simple. Choose the one you're closest to.

Oh my god do NOT choose Atlantic City over LV!!! If you haven't been to LV in a while, I'm sure it's a whole new town since you've been there last. Personally, I have always found Atlantic City to be a depressing place, with nothing to do other than gamble, and even that they don't do well. If you can afford the spur of the moment trip to Las Vegas, I would definitely head there.

This is a no brainer. The obvious choice is Las Vegas. Atlantic City does NOT begin to compare with Las Vegas.

Vegas, Atlantic City is still a pit.

No AC For Me Aug 9th, 2000 08:36 AM

'Pit' is too kind.
Atlantic City is a dump. Depressing is the first impression that hits me when I think of AC.
15 years ago the gap between desirability of LV vs. AC was not all that large. It is now a chasm.
LV has "played its cards" extremely well the past 15 years. AC has been on a very long losing streak.

While I enjoy Atlantic City (it has been improving over the last year or two), given a choice, I would choose Las Vegas hands down.

Absolutely no comparison. Las Vegas is a destination resort. Atlantic city is a drive by.
