I happen to know quite a bit about them, as they are a competitor of the company that I work for. But, as this industry isn't that big, I happen to know many of the folks who went to work there.

As I understand it, they have launched a new website and call center. They are backed financially by two of the largest hotel/casino companies in Las Vegas. If you are saavy about which company owns which hotels, it's not hard to figure out who those two companies are.

At any rate their people are good, qualified people with years in the internet travel field. They may or may not be offering the best deal, but if you find something on their site that you are interested in, I would not hesitate to book. I'm sure they will do their best to take good care of their new customers.

Hope this helps.

Much appreciated! Thanks. I'll check their rates again, only this time, with more trust.

I just this week checked thier rates and then called the hotel direct. I most always do this. By calling direct I was able to get a hotel for 4 or 5 dollars a night less than the web site.
