Last minute airfare bargains?
 

I'm looking for airfare to Philly from Chicago for this weekend. Do you have any suggestions for travel websites that offer the best last minute airfares? Thank you.

us air has last minute weekend fares ...like Sat.to Sunday,Mon. or tues..get it in mt e-mail//call them...

Here are a couple of places to try -- I've never actually purchased tickets from them but I often look at rates. Maybe others can say if they are any good:<BR><BR>www.lastminutetravel.com<BR>www.cheaptickets.com (has a section for last minute trips)<BR><BR>Also, if you're at all flexible you can always try priceline...<BR><BR>Hopefully others will jump in and give you more ideas.

If you do not have specific travel time requirements, try hotwire.com. Its similar to priceline (you don't see the airline or times until you've purchased the ticket) except they will give you a price before you have to give them your credit card info.

I've found that qixo.com is great. It searches other sites for the best available fares, including the fares offered as last minute specials by the airlines themselves.

check out www.smarterliving.com for a list of all the current efares that will be offered this weekend. The list will likely extend during the week or at least until Wed. You can set yourself up for these weekly efares also.
