Las Vegas Weather in December
 

Considering a September, October, November or December trip. Wondering what weather conditions are like that time of year?

Been to Vegas just after Labor Day and it was still quite HOT. Also, been there twice in December and it was quite cool with highs in the 40's to 50's and lows in the 30's.

Weather questions are very difficult to answer as weather can vary so much. I could say I was in Vegas last December and it was 100 degrees. It typically isn't 100 degrees in December, but it could have been during the time I was there. This information would be of no help to you whatsoever.<BR><BR>About the best answer you can get for weather is to check one of the weather web sites and get the daily average temperature for these months. Then you can plan accordingly.

I agree that the best thing to do is check the weather sites before you go but the range of temps isn't quite as extreme as the previou spost would indicate. It'll never be 100 degrees in December. If you look at the record highs for that month, they are never above the mid-70s.<BR><BR>September and OCtober - safe bet that it'll be very warm (will be able to sit at the pool). November starts to get questionable.

by november i would go anticipating cool weather. a lot of the pools close down during the winter months.

I usually go to LV in december and it's never been even close to 100 degrees. High temps might be in the 60-70s and lows might be in the 30s-40s.

I've been to Las Vegas 4 times in Dec. Twice it was about 70 degrees for a high and twice it was in the 40's and 50's and very windy.

i celebrate New Years every year in Vegas- COLD at night, chilly during the day. NO shorts, that is for sure!
