LAS VEGAS VIEW
Which hotel in Las Vegas will I find the best views from? Do any hotels in Vegas offer balconies?

Views from the Four Seasons are about as good as it gets. The hotel is atop Mandalay Bay.
I think its views are better than those from the upper rooms at Rio (a taller hotel) because Rio isn't on the strip, so less 'linear perspective'.
Overall, however, best views are definitely from the observation deck at the Stratosphere, some 1000 feet off the desert floor....but no hotel rooms up there (as you specified).

oh yes...the balconies.....VERY few hotels have balconies (bad losing streak and lots of free alcohol around....depression/anger....suicide....very bad for hotel image)
But there are a few hotel rooms with balconies.....I've never stayed in one, but discussed this with others once while in LV and we took note while wandering around town. Anyone else know?

The lakeside rooms at Bellagio offer a wonderful view of their fountain show.

Another vote for the Bellagio. Drop Dead views of the fountains and Effiel Tower lit up at night. Never saw anything like it. Can't be beat.

Bellagio.. Opt for a Lakeview room!!

The RIO definitely...go to the Vodoo Lounge at the top of the hotel and forget about everything else!!!! FABULOUS!!!!
