Las Vegas Trip Report - Royal Flusher's Lost Weekend

http://www.royalflushervegas.com/p/royal-flushers-lost-weekend.html

I stayed at the Tropicana, and the California in September, 2017.

I write Vegas trip reports and thought the Fodor's folks might enjoy them. There's lots of gambling, photos, irreverent humor, restaurant reviews, and even some insider information.

Excerpts...

"I'm sitting here in Las Vegas. My ears are ringing. I have a little bit of a dry cough. My hand is a tad bit shaky as it reaches for a cardboard cup now half full of luke-warm tap water coffee from Mr. Takeout."

"It's a beautiful day here in downtown Las Vegas, about 90 degrees, more sunshine than any one man can roast his skin to a golden brown crisp with, hot and cold running cardboard sign people. My bankroll for the day is not too healthy, so I thought I'd take a stroll down to the El Cortez and continue my quest to get four Deuces for $500. Or a Royal Flush for 4700 quarters. Or both."
