This is an approximate as I don't know exactly where you start in LV, and I used Santa Ana as the end point.

It will really depend on how traffic is when you leave Vegas and as you approach LA, so factor than into any of the sites you use for routes.

Mrwunrfl, is right. The drive should be around 4 to 5 hours long, depending on traffic and how fast you drive. Do you have any idea what time of day you'll be leaving, because that can also make a difference?
