Las Vegas Tickets - can you help please?

I will be going to Las Vegas in Nov. I am interested in tickets for "O" and Celine. What is the best way to obtain these tickets? We will be staying at the Hard Rock. Can I call the Bellagio and Caesers directly, should I go thru local travel agent, should I try the Hard Rock? I have looked at ticket availability on the internet
and the seats are not very desireable. Thank you

You should call the Hard Rock and ask for the concierge desk. Tell them you'll be a guest of the hotel and ask them if they can help.

I just checked with the hotel and they can in fact get me tickets for both shows - but they are on the back row of the theater! I am looking at tickets for a date 45 days out. I can't believe that the only way you can see a show is to stay in the hotel. Is this for real.

You can get tickets when staying in any hotel. You just get tickets earlier in advance when you stay in the Bellagio.

I printed a seating chart from the Bellagio web site and then I began calling the "O" ticket office at the hotel to book tickets. I was told by one agent that tickets were hard to come by. I just kept calling and was told by another agent that they usually had cancellations. I kept calling right up until the time of my trip and was able to get excellent seats about a week before departure. Earlier I had booked less desirable seats, and I cancelled those when better seats became available. This was the first time I had ever heard of cancellations being allowed for a Las Vegas show. This was several years ago. I do not know if this is still possible. Others have stated that most seats for the show are pretty good. Good luck and enjoy "O".

For the "O" tickets, the Bellagio hotel reserves 2 sections of the theatre (102 and 104, I think)just for hotel guests. They give you the exact seats when you pick up the tickets at the hotel. I also think that there are last minute tickets available from hotel cancellations or just available tickets, but that will involve standing in line prior to the show and, of course, no guarantee that the standby tickets are available for you. There are also ticket brokers which will cost you a premium and you can even check ebay, although I have never bought tickets that way. Celine Dion has a fan club that costs $25 to join and does have some preferred seating for fan club members. Check her website for details. There is no guarantee that they will have tickets on the night that you need them, though. Something about paying $25 extra to 'maybe' access preferred seats really bugs me.
