In the past, Bellagio has won my vote for best buffet. On our last trip in May we splurged on the Sterling Champagne Brunch (Sundays only, I believe) at Bally's, $50 pp. Stupendous! The service is impeccable, and the buffet includes made to order sushi, caviar, perfectly done rack of lamb, lobster, crab claws, oysters, unlimited good champagne, a fantastic dessert buffet which included freshly made bananas foster. This is only a partial list of the many varieties of food offered. As a some-time caterer and frequent party-giver, I hate to spend hundreds of dollars at a "fine" restaurant for miniscule entrees, and if you like any of the above items you can really get a lot of bang for your buck here.
