Las Vegas restaurant for wedding dinner moderate but classy

I am looking for a restaurant for my wedding night dinner. We will be having about 15-20 guests. My soon to be mother in law is footing the bill so we are trying to find a reasonably priced restaurant. We want a nice place, it does not have to be extravagant. No chinese or japanese, and preferably no places that are strictly steak houses. Our goal is to have a nice dinner with good service in a great atmosphere. A large menu selection would be preferable as everyone likes different food. Some are pasta eaters, others are steak people, and some are the low-carb healthy type. Canaletto looked perfect but for the amount of people we have you need to use a preselected menu and it's a little out of our ideal price range. Ideally we are trying for $30-$40 per person. Someone suggested Samba grill but is it nice enough and do they have a large range of food? Oh, we also want a place that will alow us to have our wedding cake from freed's bakery there. Canaletto was willing to do this. Please Help!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Check with Il Fornaio at NYNY. Canaletto is part of the Il Fornaio chain but slightly more pricey.

Market City Caffe has their menu online, it's nice , in Monte Carlo hotel.

try Rosemary's on west sahara -- about three miles from the strip

gourmet food, non-Strip prices, and I think they have a private room now

What a shame about Canelleto..that would have been my suggestion. Maybe one of the older hotels that have some pretty good restaurants.

My nephew had his wedding dinner at Mon Ami Gabi in the Paris Hotel. It was perfect. Lovely setting and the food was delicious. I believe it is in your price range. I can highly recommend.
