Jo1023 ~ we are from Colorado, where the cold weather seems to hang around for a Very long time!

Four weeks ago DH & I were in Palm Springs, CA where it was 110-111 degrees, and I will admit that it made us stop in our tracks a few times, and find A/C relief and a margarita!

A few years ago, we went to Las Vegas in July with the family and our daughter's Pen Pal from Ireland, where a warm summer day is about 72 degrees. Vegas at 9pm was 104 degrees. I can remember that 13 yr old ask - Does this heat ever stop?!
