Las Vegas buffets and restaurants

We are staying at the Encore for three nights-Tues. Wed. and Thurs. next week. I've been on other sites but I trust Fodorites the most! Where could we reasonably walk for a buffet breakfast as the Encore does't have a buffet? Was also considering Bouchon at the Venetian for breakfast, which it calls brunch. We would like to dine at one of the well known chef's places for a prix fix lunch, perhaps Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. Some of these restaurants are only open for dinner. Bradley Ogden's p.f. sounds good. Thanks.

Even though their reviews can be kind of silly, the advice given is really good. They have reviews of every property, and all of the restaurants in them.

Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill is EXCELLENT! Get the queso. :-)

The Encore doesn't have a buffet, but you can just go to Wynn's. And according to its website, it is open for breakfast

Wynn has a fabulous buffet. Besides MESA Grill, which we love, also try RAO's and/or Spagos in Caesars. For Mexican, we love Diegos (MGM) & Border Grill (Mandalay Bay). Lot's of great restaurants in Vegas.....Enjoy!

The breakfast buffet at the Wynn is fabulous. Paris also has a wonderful breakfast buffet. .

Bouchon is a wonderful sit down place that has a delicious, not cheap breakfast. I wonder though about what you say about calling it "brunch". It was definitely open during breakfast hours the last time we were there, a couple of years ago. Maybe that has changed.

Paris is great for the quality of the food, in our experience. We last went ~2 yrs ago.

PS--just checked their site and Bouchon does serve brkfst on week-days from 7-10:30.

The best breakfasts we had in Las Vegas last month were Mon Ami Gabi at Paris and Tableau at Wynn. We very much enjoyed Bouchon for dinner, but didn't go there for breakfast.

Morel's at Palazzo is a terrific dining destination, especially if the weather is pleasant for dining on the outdoor deck.

A terrific lunch option are places where you can order off the full menu at the bar.
