LAs Vegas

Hello once again!! My boyfriend and I are leaving for Vegas on Friday, and I just had a few last minute questions. Where is the most romantic place to have a drink? I was thinking the Stratosphere...if they even have a bar?? What else is a "MUST SEE"??? Thanks once again!!!!!

My choice would be on the rail at the Mon Ami Gabi sidewalk cafe (Paris Hotel)--holding hands and watching the passing scene.

I also like mon ami gabi- i don't think the strat is romantic at all. I also like the bar at Bellagio- baccarat bar?? I'm forgetting the name. if you want a view head over to the Palms or the Rio for their top of the hotel bars. have fun, bundle up! it's is cold there right now!

Thanks for the tips...any suggestions on restaurants? I was thinking either Prime or SW for steak, maybe the Italian place at the Wynn, (where my boyfriend and I are staying)...I looked into Alize at the top of the Palms, but it got mixed reviews. We are staying 4 days/3 nights...but don't want to get decked out all three nights. We are from NYC, so we are used to the prices, but it would be nice to find a restaurant that is well rated and not too over the top price wise. Any suggestions?

Despite its name, Pinot Brasserie is really a great restaurant and it serves various regional dishes. William B's Steakhouse is not expensive, about $15 for an entree.

I would think the Voodoo Lounge atop Rio would be THE romantic spot. You can take your drinks outside on the huge terrace. While I was wondering around out there looking at views, I stumbled across one couple whom I was ready to suggest should get a room, and another couple who were clearly proposing.

By the way, we had a nice dinner up there too (inside) but the place is really more about the views than it is about the food.
