Las Vegas

We are taking a soccer team to the national tournaments in Vegas and staying at Circus Circus. Most (not all) of our activities will revolve around the kids. Is there any way to get buffets at a discount that anyone knows of? Maybe buy one/get one free or any discount books we could buy? I tried calling and simply asking but got told no very quickly.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Get the whole gang in the casino and GAMBLE!
Then you'll all get comped buffets.
(Can't start those gamblin' lessons too early, right, harris? That's why you're taking a bunch of kids to a casino instead of to a normal hotel?)

Buffets at many casino hotels in Las Vegas are cheap enough that I can see why they wouldn't want to discount them any more. There just isn't any margin on many of these, since they are often a loss leader to bring in people for gaming. As for staying at a casino hotel, I doubt that I could pass up the either the stimulating environment or the attractive rates either. I have a hard time believing that kids would be corrupted by the experience, although some will be seeing some things they probably don't encounter very often or ever. Have a great time!

when you reach the airport/car rental place there will be a zillion coupon books and lots of 2/1 buffets and everything else you can think of - don't worry too much - food is fairly cheap-i was one of those soccer mom's for my daughter's team and they could really eat especially after a game - just have everyone pick up a book when you get there - have fun - there's lots to see and do if the kid's aren't 21 - must see - the masquerade show at rio (free)outdoor show at treasure island -free - lots of comedy shows and magic shows that are 2/1 -

This site will charge you a small handling fee, but has the most extensive list of Vegas coupons, and he's reliable.

www.billhere.com

Although coupons are pretty ubiquitous in Vegas, it may be difficult to find 15 coupons (or however many you need) for your team once you arrive.

Thanks for all of the advice! We thought Circus Circus would be a fun place for the kids since we really didn't have a choice of where the national competition would be.

Thanks again.
