Lahaina Inn

Has anybody stayed at the Lahaina Inn. It sounds like a nice little place in Lahaina. We are only going to be there for one day and we didn't want to stay at a mega resort.

We did not stay there but wished we had. The price and the location is right! I walked into the lobby and it was small but clean. You will love the area and the tree that covers an acre close to it.

The Lahaina Inn is on a side street just off the very busy main street of Lahaina. It is in a busy part of town, nowhere near a beach, and with no view of the ocean. The only real advantage is that it is right in the middle of stores, restaurants, night life, etc. If that is what you want then go for it.

Nancy
I am sorry, I have the Lahaina Inn confused with another Inn that is on the water. This must not be the one I am thinking of if it's not on the water.

The web site of the Lahaina Inn is:

http://www.lahainainn.com/

It is on Lahainaluna Road just off Front Street in Lahaina. Is there another Lahain Inn ?

Nancy-
We are staying there July 3 & 4. The place seems lovely from the web site and the brochure they sent us, plus affordable and in a more "active area". We are then traveling to the Four Seasons for some r&r in Wailea for two nights...so the best of both worlds. There is also a restaurant below the b&b that is very well known for its scrumptious, recommended (albeit pricey) dinners. Haven't stayed there yet, but I expect to have a glowing report :)

If you can wait until July to book, I'll give you the lowdown!

-Rachel
