L.A. to N.Y Road Trip
I will be traveling from Los Angeles to
New York in October. Due to health
problems I can only travel about six
hours per day in my car. I normally eat
my meals at Krispy Kreme Donuts and prefer
to stay at a hotel near Krispy Kreme. Is
Krispy Kreme in all larger cities with
highway access? Any advice would be
appreciated.

Irene
Try the auto club they normally have
will have the information you need.
|
Try Route 66.
|
Try Travelocity, I am sure you will
find the info you are looking for.
Have fun.
|
Call the Donut main office for the
locations of their stores.
|
Are you going to the Jerry Springer
Show?
|
Driving a maximum of 6 hours a day the trip is going to take close to 10 days. Looking for a place to stay near a Krispy Kreme donut store and this will probably add a few more days to an otherwise long trip. Further, you will probabvly have to schedule stops in major cities if you want to stay near a Krispy Kreme store. I would imagine this would add considerably to the cost of this trip.
|
Plan you itinerary and then go to their website, http://www.krispykreme.com/ and check their store locater. You talk about taking meals at the store. The website only talks about serving coffee - nothing about meals.

I would rather book my drive from NY to LA around shoe stores.
Maybe I could work it out to 6 hours of driving, a couple of shoe shopping, dinner , sleep, then back on the road the next day.
What do you think?
How many days do you think it will take?

Don't even drive. Go but some krispy kremes store and just fly to NY. Lot's quicker, ah?
