Killington skiing in April

My son's school is sponsoring a ski trip to Killington, VT, for early April.
Any feedback on what the snow/weather situation is like around this time of year? I'v eonly been there in December and it was way too cold for downhill skiing and icy conditions.

Last year, folks skiied Killington (and skiied WELL) until May...there's really no way to tell right now, but simply watch the weather in VT, keep an eye on the website, and call Killington to ask.

If this year is like last year, he'll have a blast---but it's like anything else...we don't make the weather, Mother Nature does...and she's not telling!
