Keystone or other Golf resort in July

We would like to take our family vacation in Colorado this year. We need a three bedroom condominium in the heart of a busy area with a great view of the mountains. We would like to be able to walk to various activities. We are interested in golf, hiking, horseback riding and mild floating. We enjoy dining in nice restaurants and spending most of our time outdoors. Does anyone have any suggestions? Would Keystone be a good choice? Thank you.

Don't go to Keystone because it's not centrally located to anything. In the summer, it's more of a conference center. I recommend Breckenridge because you can get the mountain views (stay somewhere facing west, on the east side of Main Street so you get the afternoon and evening sun). There's a ton of things to do, the National Rep Orch is here during the summer, almost every weekend has some event, the Riverwalk is beatiful, tons of shopping , restaurants, galleries, hiking, golf, 4-wheeling, cycling, rafting, etc., etc. Breckenridge is the best resort in Summit County for summer activity.

Forgot to mention, Breck has a public Nicholas course, and you can easily golf at Keystone as well.

Trish,
I'd go for Breckenridge also. The golf course is really fun and very challenging. The town of Breckenridge has a lot to offer and you won't be driving all over Summit County for shopping, restaurants, etc. Have Fun!!
